4 The Low Carb Superfood Co. Low Carb Wraps

1 Large Sirena Tuna Can in Springwater

150g Snowpeas

1 Dollop of Mayonnaise

1 Cos Lettuce, chopped.

Preparation

Instructions:

Step 1: Drain the springwater out of the tuna can and transfer it to a medium sized bowl. Use a fork to break the tuna into nice small chunks.


Step 2: Wash the snowpeas and cherry tomatoes, slice in half.


Step 3: Remove the sachet in The Low Carb Superfood Co. Low Carb Wraps packet and microwave each wrap for 10-15 seconds/till warm


Step 4: Lay the wraps on plates. Add a generous dollop of mayonnaise and spread in the centre of the wrap.


Step 5: Add the tuna, snowpeas, lettuce and cherry tomatoes to the centre of the wrap.


Step 6: Fold up the bottom part of the wrap and secure by folding each side over one another.
