We are a small family–owned business located in beautiful country Victoria, Australia.

A sunny, regional Victorian town called Maryborough is the heart of our production site and 250+ of our valuable employees. Our team is the heart of our business, and are passionate about producing low carb products that the whole family will enjoy. We pride ourselves in knowing that our products are not only the healthier alternative to choose, they’re better for the world we live in.

We source only the best ingredients to produce products full of nourishing goodness to support you in achieving and maintaining a low carb diet, whilst ensuring you’re fueled to take on the day as an energised, balanced and healthier you!

Our Story

Simson’s Pantry is part of True Foods, a 100% Australian owned company. Baking since 2001 we employ over 250 people from the township of Maryborough and surrounds. We are also very proud to support the Maryborough community and have raised funds for local health services, the environment and our local schools.

From humble beginnings, we have grown to become the largest Australian owned manufacturer of Tortilla Wraps, Naan and Roti breads.

In late 2011 we purchased a major production facility in Maryborough, regional Victoria. The 27 acre site has 3 acres under roof, and has facilitated enormous growth in our workforce and production capabilities.
